Viafactor stores account details, family relationships and records created by its learning and social features. Mobile chat text is sent to a server safety check before encryption; do not assume it is private from the operator. Account export currently covers identity records. Deletion requests disable access and start processing across services, but require retention review before completion. A complete production privacy notice is still being prepared.
